Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery (in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original packaging and tags must be intact.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance, the following items are non-returnable:
- Worn or used items.
- Items without original tags/packaging.
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Funds will be returned to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges based on availability. If your requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost returns.
