About Us

2929 is operated by 29TWENTYNINE LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17072586), registered office: 182-184 High Street North, Office 17774, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom. Contact: info@29twentynineclothing.com.

These Terms

By placing an order with 2929, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our [Shipping Policy], [Returns & Refunds Policy], and [Privacy Policy], which form part of them. The version of these terms in force when you place your order applies to that order. We may update these terms from time to time; changes apply to future orders only, and we'll post the revised version here with an updated date.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Products

Every 2929 piece is made to order - produced individually when you buy it. All items are subject to availability. We work hard to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors can occur; slight variations in colour may also result from screen settings and the made-to-order printing process. If we discover a material error in the price or description of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatch so you can confirm at the correct details or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This acknowledges your order - a binding contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch (for example, where an item is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or a pricing error has occurred); if we do, we'll notify you and refund any payment in full without delay.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment providers. For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply as set out in our [Shipping Policy].

Delivery

Production and delivery timeframes, tracking, and delivery terms are set out in our [Shipping Policy]. By placing an order, you acknowledge the estimated timeframes stated there. We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you.

Cancellations, Returns & Faulty Items

Your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, our returns process, refund timescales, and your remedies for faulty or incorrect items are set out in full in our [Returns & Refunds Policy]. In summary: you can return any item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund, and faulty items are covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a 30-day right to a full refund.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, product names, and website content belonging to 2929 are the property of 29TWENTYNINE LIMITED or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any of them without our prior written permission. Purchasing a product gives you ownership of that garment, not any rights in the designs printed on it.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful, personal shopping purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access, or use any content in a way that infringes our or others' rights. We may suspend or restrict access to the site for maintenance or security reasons.

Our Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any matter where it would be unlawful to exclude liability, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable to both of us when the contract was made, or for business losses — our products are supplied for personal use only.

Complaints

If something's gone wrong, contact us at info@29twentynineclothing.com or contact us here and we'll work to resolve it promptly and fairly. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may be able to refer your complaint to an alternative dispute resolution provider or, for EU customers, the relevant consumer redress bodies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland, or elsewhere, you retain any protection and rights to bring claims in your local courts that your local law gives you.
